Anchal Mishra has completed his MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Development Action and Studies, Jabalpur and BBA from Jabalpur College of Computer & Communication. He is pursuing his PG Diploma in Human Resource Management. He joined XIMJ in 2008. He has expertise in Office Automation & Hardware and his teaching assignments include subjects such as Human Resource Information System, Management Information System and Computer Application. Hisarea of interest includes Information System, Development and Administration. He also teaches Retail Management as an additional subject. He is also placement secretary of our institute.
Ankit Khare has completed his MBA from XIDAS Jabalpur. He also holds a PG Diploma in Human Resource and Financial Management. He has cleared his UGC-NET in 2012. He is also pursuing his PhD on the topic ‘Role of MFIS in Financial Inclusion in Jabalpur Region’. He joined XIMJ in 2009. He handles subjects in finance such as Financial Management, Capital Expenditure Planning and Control, Cost Accounting. He also handles Sales Promotion & Advertisement and Retail Marketing for marketing specialization. He has 10 research articles to his credit, and has presented several papers in National Seminars. He is also Secretary of the Cultural Committee of the Students since 2010. He is also member of placement cell.
Ansu has completed her Masters in Agriculture from Allahabad Agricultural Institute Deemed University. She has also qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR-UGC) in 2001. She is serving XIMJ since 2006. A confident academician, she handles subjects in Rural Management, such as Ecology and Environment; Natural Resource Management; Watershed Management; Agribusiness Management; Food Processing Units; and Development Communication. She has carried out several environment studies and has submitted 20 reports for Asian Development Bank. In 2009, her case studies on ‘impact of climate change on farmers in MP’ were submitted to the Prime Minister of India, as part of Green Peace India’s campaign. She also served as horticulturist to Integrated Tribal Development Project implemented by XIDAS, funded by NABARD. She was also technical advisor to Organic Farming Project funded by ROFC, Ministry of Agriculture, GoI. In 2009, she received AICTE grant for attending the International Conference on Education and Management Technology in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. She is also an excellent writer and has 22 articles to her credit, including two book chapters. Apart from teaching, she has three years of experience as Associate Editor of XID Publications. She also co-edited the book ‘Eradicating Human Misery’ of XID Publications. With this experience in publications she also handles ‘Managerial Communication’ for PGDM.
Cecil Anthony has completed his PGDBA-HR from Symbiosis, Pune. He is MPhil in Economics and also holds an MCom in Marketing and LLB from RDVV Jabalpur. He joined XIMJ in 2006. The current teaching assignments include Managerial Economics, Training and Development, Performance & Potential of HR and Marketing Management. Prior to joining the institute he held administrative positions in various educational institutions and hospitals.
Jyoti Raman Jha
Jyoti Raman Jha holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology. He has received his PhD on ‘Impact of Integrated Rural Development Progarmme on Harijans’. He is associated with XIMJ since 1998. He is teaching NGO Management, Micro Finance, Gender and Development, Panchayati Raj, Global Sustainability, Cooperative Management and Business Research in XIMJ. Prior to joining XIMJ, he was associated with A. N. Sinha Institute, Patna, Bihar as Project Officer. Before that, he worked as Ad hoc Lecturer in the Post Graduate Department of Sociology, Millat College, Laheriasarai, Darbhanga. An experienced trainer on Panchayati Raj, Advocacy and Dalit and Tribal issues, he has coordinated several national and international projects in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. He was State Programme Coordinator, XIDAS, Chhattisgarh for several years. He has attended two months Rural Management Course at IRMA and two months FDP as visiting Scholar in Faculty of Economics and Applied Economics, Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven, Belgium. He has published several research articles in National Journals. He also co-authored a book entitled ‘Rural Dalit Women Entrepreneurs in India’, published by Justia et Pax, The Netherlands, Institute of Development Education, Action and Studies, India Equilinrights, The Netherlands, 2012.
Dr. Pathak has completed his Doctors and Masters degree in Rural Development from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidhyalaya, Jabalpur. He is pursuing Diploma in Social Entrepreneurship from EDII, Ahmedabad. He joined XIMJ in 2006. He handles subjects in Rural Management such as, Appropriate Technology, Social Marketing, NGO Management, Rural Development, Micro Finance and Self Help Group. He has 6 research articles to his credit which is published in renowned journals such as Indian Journal of Labour Economics. He has also presented several papers in national and international conferences. Since 1999, prior to joining XIMJ, he was part-time lecturer in RDVV Jabalpur. He has rich experience in the field of Resettlement and Rehabilitation, and has carried out around 15 Need Assessment Studies for public and private enterprises such as NTPC, Reliance Energy, Welspun Energy, APCPL and Childline Foundation. He is a member of Indian Sociological Society and Indian Society of Labour Economics.
Human Resource Management
Kamna holds PGDM in Human Resource Management form Birla School of Management, Kolkata. She also holds a Masters degree in Commerce. She joined XIMJ in 2011. She handles HR subjects such as Strategic HRM, Organizational Change and Development, International Human Resource Management and Performance Management. She served as Assistant Editor of XID Publications for one year. Prior to joining XIMJ, she was HR Manger at JCCC of See Media Services Pvt. Ltd. She has rich industry experience in the field of Recruitment, Performance Management and Induction Training. She has also been a guest lecturer in Jabalpur College of Computers and Communication, handling subjects such as HR Management, Change Management and Business Communication. She also held the post of Assistant coordinator of IGNOU-XIMJ Special Study Centre. She is a member of Students’ Club Committee, and focus on Soft Skills and Personality Development.
